Predictions for UK ELECTIONS - MAY 2010

The possible
results of UK elections and events that are likely to occur are
analysed astrologically below based on different data.
1. CORONATION
QUEEN Elizabeth II
was coronated on June 2 1953. Venus is in Mesha , Mars Sun Budha and
guru are in vrushabha, ketu in Karkataka vakri sani in kanya and Moon
and Rahu in makara rasi at that time. Assuming a time of 9 AM as time
for coronation, the lagna will be karkataka. The shadbala of all seven
planets is very good with every planet having over 100 % strength –
indicating the long dynasty. With unafflicted lagna lord 7th lord and
karaka except ketu in lagna indicates the
long lasting married life. In dasamsa simha lagna has sani and moon in
7th and venus and guru in tenth indicating long ruling of the country.
In saptamsa Vrushabha lagna has sani and Rahu in 5th aspected by sun
and neecha guru indicating the problems about children.
If this birth data
is taken as correct the present vimsottari
has sani maha dasa
and antar dasas as follows
Moon antar
2009-02-21 to 2010-09-14 and
Mars antar from
2010-09-14 - 2011-10-18
Rah antar from
2011-10-18 - 2014-08-09.
In this sani mars
and Sani Rahu seems to be problematic both for the monarchy and
kingdom as in navamsa both mars and sani are in tenth in kanya. Sani
rahu is in 6 and 8 with rahu forming Guru chandala yoga. In drekkana
sani is in 7th for vruschika lagna with number of papis including Rahu
– thus both Mars and rahu antar dasas seems to be very tough both for
Monarch’s health and govt.
For the election
time the results seem to be good with the period being Sat Maha dasa
Moon Antar and Venus subperiod from 2010-05-14 - 2010-08-17. Thus
elections may be smooth with positive results and govt may be formed
till kuja antar of Sep 2010.
2. QUEEN ELIZABETH
BIRTH DATA
Her birth data is
reported to be April 21 1926. Birth rectification gives a time of 2015
for which the planetary positions are Mesha exalted sun, Rahu in
mithuna, Moon in karkataka own house, tula lagna , Sani in vruschika,
Ketu in dhanus, Guru and Mars in makara , Venus in kumbha and neecha
budha in meena. In this all planets except guru have over 100%
shadbala. In navamsa makara lagna has venus in 4 th and Sani in 7th
and budha in 10th and guru and mars in 9th in kanya. In dasamsa makara
lagna has neecha budha and neecha sukra with both having neecha bhanga
raja yoga and Bhagya rajya adhipati yoga. This explains long and good
ruling of the monarchy.
Present vimsottari
dasa is guru maha dasa Rahu antar with subperiods as follows
In subperiod of
Merc: 2010-05-09 - 2010-09-09 even though budha is in neecha its
being vargothamma in dasamsa gives good elections and results. But in
the subperiod of Ket: 2010-09-09 - 2010-10-29 guru and Rahu are in
6 and 8 th and Ketu is ayus sthana of third and is 12 th from maha
dasa natha of guru. Thus this period may be problematic for the
health.

CANDIDATES
JAMES
GORDON BROWN
He is
supposed to have been born on 20 February 1951 at 08:40 at Giffnock
Scotland ( 55-48 N and 4-17 W). This gives Meena lagna with exalted
venus , Moon in his own karkataka, Ketu in simha vakri sani in kanya,
Budha in 11th of makara and sun guru mars and rahu in kumbha the 12th.
Thus the 6th / 12th axis is hemmed by malefic and by guru chandala
yoga. In navamsa with makara lagna Mars and Rahu are in 6th. Thus Mr
Brown must have had not only bad digestion,stomach related problems
and related health problems but also to summarise his political
career, as, that of fight with enemies and surviving and being
defeated and overcoming enemies. In dasamsa with mithuna lagna, venus
and mars are in 6th reinforcing the same point.
The
present period Mars maha dasa with antar dasas as follows
Merc:
2009-11-29 - 2010-11-21 and Ketu antar 2010-11-21 - 2011-04-17. In
the present Mars maha dasa and antar of Budha the subperiod of Moon is
from 2010-04-27 - 2010-05-26
Calculating ayus
from Rasi natures gives the following results - Lagna lord Guru 8th
lord sukra Sthira Dvi= Long, Sani Moon Dvi cara= Low , Lagna and
Hora lagna Guru Sun= Sti Sti = Low. Thus two low and one long with
rectification is likely to yield medium longevity. Also noting that he
is completing 60 years when many planets occupy positions as in birth
chart and hence will have a resonance effect (That is why 60 years
completion function = Shashthi abdhi puurti function is given great
importance in vedic astrology) – he is likely to be subjected to lots
of problems pertaining to health and opposition.
Mars maha dasa
Merc antar Rahu from : 2010-06-16 - 2010-08-09 is in 2 and 12
in many ways thus throwing a big question mark about his winning the
elections all alone. Also Mars ketu in the latter half of the year may
pose severe health problems and opposition.
As for Niryana
Shoola Dasa also in the present Scorpio Maha dasa 2005-05-07 to
2013-03-26, the antar dasa of Libra from 2010-08-09 to 2011-04-06
will be problematic period for him.
DAVID CAMERON
He is the leader of
the Conservative Party and Leader of the Opposition of United Kingdom
since December 2005. His birth data is given as October 9, 1966,
6:00 AM at London ( 0 W 07' 00", 51 N 30' 00") . The planetary
positions are Kanya lagna with neecha venus and sun with ketu and
budha in tula, vakri Sani in meena Rahu in 8 th , Exalted guru and own
house monn in karkataka and mars in simha. All the planets have good
shadbala of over 100 %. In Navamsa meena lagna has guru in 7 th
aspected by sani from karakataka and moon is in neecha in Bhagya
sthana. In dasamsa with karkataka lagna tenth lord is with Mars is in
third but with neecha venus – but vargothamma venus.
The present period
is venus maha dasa and Satn antar dasa from 2007-08-26 -
2010-10-09. With neecha venus and 6 th lord sani antar – being
aspected by neecha venus and 12 th lord sun and being aspected by mars
from 12th his chances of winning the elections are almost nil.

CLEGG
He is leader of the
Liberal Democrats, since 18 December 2007. His birth date is given as
7 Jan 1967 and born at Chalfont Saint Giles (0 W 34' 00", 51 N 37'
00"). Based on the limited data of his life incidents Mithuna lagna
appears to be the best choice for his birth time. As for this time he
has Mithuna lagna with exalted guru in karkataka, Mars in kanya, ketu
in tula, Moon in neecha in vruschika and sun and budha in 7th of
Dhanus , Venus in makara , sani in meena and Rahu in mesha.
In navamsa meena
lagna has exalted venus and ketu with guru rahu and exalted budha in 7
th , sani in 5 th of karkataka , Mars in simha and vargothamma moon in
vruschika. In dasamsa dhanur lagna has moon and mars with guru and
budha in vrushabha aspected by sani and venus from vruschika.
The present period
is Venus Maha dasa from 1992-08-19 - 2012-05-06 and the Antardasas
is that of Merc: 2008-05-27 - 2011-03-13. Venus and Budha are
exalted in navamsa and are very well placed. But in Rasi budha is in
12 th from venus even though it forms Budha aditya yoga., and is
aspected by sani from tenth. Thus whils his party is likely to get
more seats than expected the chances of his getting a winning majority
seems to be less if not nil.
4. ANNUAL CHART OF
UK
It is cast for the
beginning of the panchanga year called Vikruti on March 15, 2010 at
21:01:48 and has the following combinations. Tula lagna with rahu in 3rd
in Dhanus and Guru in kumbha , Venus sun budha and moon in meena ,
ketu in 9th of mithuna and neecha mars in tenth of karkataka and vakri
sani in 12th. Thus the chart is full of problems in karma sthana and
enemy activities. The shadbalas are also very weak with as many as
four planets having less than 100 %.

5. CONCLUSION
Thus the election
result seems to be a hung parliament and it is likely that two parties
will combine to form the govt. For every event there will be a first
time and this may be like that for UK politics. Not only a hung
parliament but parties combining to form a coalition govt. is very
much on the cards. For the time being this coalition may be led by the
present prime minister Mr Gordon. Also in the last quarter of this
year there is every chance of major events occurring and reforming of
govt. is likely as Mr Gordon is likely to have a rough time.
Is there a chance
of a seasoned though less liked leader like Tony Blair coming back for
a second innings at that time is a big question.
Whatever may
be the results UK is headed for good number of problems and
instability if not turmoil in the coming six months.
